An engineer’s patience.
An explorer’s appetite.
After attending college as a music performance major—trumpet—and working in drafting, civil engineering design, aviation and yachting, I’m now well into my current adventure as a fine artist focused on oil painting and realism.
The common thread is focus: the discipline to understand how something works, and the curiosity to see where it can go.
Today, I paint in Charleston, South Carolina, creating work for collectors while sharing the methods behind it with artists around the world.
Classical technique.
A modern point of view.
